Crystal Creek Assisted Living is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating leads and selling apartments to prospective residents utilizing marketing and sales techniques as required.

The Sales Manager will routinely sell within the community's market area. Works constructively and cooperatively with the Regional Sales Director to exceed sales goals for the community. Performs daily external marketing calls. Develops and maintains professional selling relationships with professional referral sources within the market area. As an advocate for potential residents, the Sales Manager shares information about the community, gives tours to potential residents and their family members, closes the deal and works with leadership to create and maintain an inviting and welcoming community to all residents.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Direct sales experience in apartment sales, retirement living sales and/or leasing experience preferred.  
  • Excellent time management skills including managing multiple events, clients and prospective residents at the same time.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated with high energy level.
